Guided Therapeutic Immersion
A six session deep dive into understanding yourself, connecting the dots, and building a toolkit that actually fits you.
This might be for you if…
You’re engaged in your life, but privately feel anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck. You may be exploring neurodivergence, trying to understand recurring patterns, or simply tired of collecting information without knowing how to apply it.
You may be looking for:
A clear framework for understanding yourself
Individualized psychoeducation and guidance
Help connecting the dots between your mind, body, experiences, and environment
Practical tools that work with your actual life
A defined beginning, middle, and end rather than indefinite therapy
You’ve learned a lot about yourself.
Now what?
Maybe you’ve been to therapy, read the books, listened to the podcasts, and done your own research. You understand anxiety, ADHD, Autism, burnout, neurodivergence, or the nervous system, but you’re still wondering, “Okay, but what do I actually do with all of this?”
The Guided Therapeutic Immersion is a structured experience with six individualized sessions over approximately eight weeks, with intentional space between sessions to practice, reflect, and integrate what you’re learning.
This offering is for late-adolescents and adults seeking greater self-understanding, individualized psychoeducation, and practical tools for anxiety, burnout, neurodivergence, and chronic overwhelm.
Guided Therapeutic Immersion Investment
One focused experience. One clear investment.
The Guided Therapeutic Immersion is a six session, structured experience designed to give you the time, information, and individualized support to really understand yourself and build a toolkit that fits you.
The total investment is $997.
This includes your six sessions of guided therapeutic work, individualized psychoeducation, exploration, and development of your personalized mind-body toolkit.
Payment options
The full investment is $997, with the option to split the investment into two monthly payments rather than paying the full amount upfront.
We’ll discuss payment options during your consultation so you know exactly what to expect before beginning.
Because the immersion is a packaged, time-limited experience, the investment covers the complete six sessions rather than being billed as individual sessions. This is a private-pay service and is not billed through insurance.
Your $997 investment includes:
6 sessions of guided therapeutic support
53-minute individual sessions
Individualized psychoeducation
Exploration of your cognitive, emotional, sensory, and body-based patterns
Development of your personalized mind-body toolkit
Practical strategies and between-session experiments
A framework for continuing to use and adapt what you’ve learned after the immersion
Understand
Start with a 15-minute consultation to share what you’re hoping to understand or change and see if the Immersion is a good fit.
Connect
We’ll begin with an intake and map out the patterns, experiences, needs, and questions you want to explore during our 6 sessions together.
Equip
Through focused psychoeducation, self-exploration, and mind-body practices, you’ll connect the dots and build a personalized toolkit you can continue using long after the Immersion ends.
Ready to understand yourself differently?
If you’ve spent a lot of time asking “Why am I like this?” and you’re ready to start asking “What makes sense about me, and what can I do with what I know?”, a Guided Therapeutic Immersion may be the place to begin.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
The immersion is intentionally designed as a complete experience.
The six sessions give us enough time to move through the process of understanding, connecting, and equipping rather than trying to accomplish everything in individual, stand-alone sessions.
Think of it less as “six therapy sessions” and more as a guided deep dive into you.
-
The immersion is a therapeutic service that incorporates psychotherapy-informed approaches, psychoeducation, cognitive strategies, and somatic/body-based practices.
It is also intentionally different from ongoing psychotherapy because it has a defined structure, focus, and endpoint.
During your consultation, we’ll talk about whether an immersion or ongoing psychotherapy is the better fit for what you’re looking for.
-
The immersion is offered as a private-pay package rather than billed to insurance.
If you’re considering using HSA or FSA funds, I recommend checking with your plan administrator to determine whether this type of service is an eligible expense under your specific plan.
-
That’s something we can talk about together.
The immersion is designed to give you a strong foundation of understanding and tools, but you may discover that ongoing psychotherapy would be helpful as well. If that happens, we’ll discuss what makes sense for your needs and goals.
-
No.
The immersion may be helpful if you have a diagnosis, are exploring whether neurodivergence fits your experience, or simply recognize patterns that you want to understand more deeply.
The focus is on understanding your experiences rather than requiring a particular label.
-
There will be reflection prompts, experiments, practices, or other activities between sessions, depending on what we’re working on.
These aren’t intended to become another list of things you “should” be doing. We’ll keep them purposeful and individualized.
-
We’ll use the final portion of the immersion to consolidate what you’ve learned, review the tools you’ve developed, and identify what you want to carry forward.
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of yourself and a personalized toolkit that you can continue adapting as your life changes.
If ongoing psychotherapy feels appropriate afterward, we can also discuss what that might look like.
